A family-friendly work schedule:

• Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
• No Weekends
• Clinic is closed for all major holidays:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day
• If a holiday falls on a Saturday, clinic is closed on Friday
• If a holiday falls on a Sunday, clinic is closed on Monday

 

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Scheduled

• Start collecting PTO on day 1
• PTO equals 7.08 hours per pay period (increases over time)
• Total PTO days per year equals 23 days or 184 hours (includes 10 vacation days, 6 sick days and 7 holidays)
• Scheduled days off are based on a first come first serve basis, not seniority

 

Insurance

• Employees receive free medical insurance
• Family plans are very affordable
• Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 60 days

Retirement

• Employees are eligible for the company’s 401K retirement plan after their first year
• Plan matches dollar for dollar for the first 3% and then a 50% match on the 4% and 5%
